The Parable of The Growing Seed
Jesus talks about what the kingdom of God is like. Like how we plant and garden but only God can make things flourish.
The Parable of The Mustard Seed
Like the faith of a tiny mustard seed, God can make it grow larger than we can fathom. Jesus spoke all truth in parables, but when he was alone with his disciples, he explained everything.
Jesus Calms the Storm
Waves crashed over the boat, furious waves, and Jesus was asleep in the stern. The disciples woke him and asked if he cared that they drowned. Jesus rebuked the wind and waves and they immediately calmed. Moral: Faith in Christ Jesus can move mountains. I pray for our entire FPC family for utmost discernment and faith in God Almighty and Jesus Amen.
