At First Presbyterian Church of Boone, NC, we are a family of faith called to grow in the love of Christ, share the Good News, and serve the world. Rooted in the Presbyterian (USA) tradition, we are a vibrant, Christ-centered community seeking to glorify God in all that we do. Our church began in 1939 with just 27 members and has grown into a congregation of more than 300. In 2011, we relocated to our current campus on Deerfield Road, opening even more opportunities for ministry. As members of Salem Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church (USA), we embrace the richness of our Presbyterian tradition while remaining connected to the greater Body of Christ. We rejoice in God’s redeeming grace and strive to live out Christ’s call in Boone, across western North Carolina, and throughout the world.
