What to Expect on Sundays

Worship Time

Sunday School for all ages begins at 9:30 am, followed by our Sunday Worship service at 10:30 am. We’d love for you to join us!

What to Expect in Worship

During a service at First Presbyterian, you’ll experience a blend of contemporary praise and timeless hymns, led by our worship team and choir. Our Presbyterian worship follows a thoughtful liturgy—anchored in Scripture and prayer—leading to a Christ-centered message that connects God’s Word to everyday life.

What to Wear

Wondering what to wear? Don’t worry about it! Just come as you are (casual or dressy) and you’ll be warmly welcomed.

Accessibility

If you have limited mobility, we offer accessible parking and entrances at the front of the church (in front of the portico) and downstairs near the Sunday School classrooms. An elevator is available for easy access to the main level.

Children and Students

Nursery (0-4 years)-1st Floor

Our nursery provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers during Sunday School and worship. Caring staff and volunteers are dedicated to helping your little ones feel comfortable and cared for, so parents can fully participate in worship and fellowship with peace of mind.

Youth Sunday School- 1st Floor

Youth (Grades 6-12) in middle and high school gather each Sunday at 9:30 am for a time of learning, discussion, and connection. We offer two classes—one for middle school students and one for high school students—so each group can engage with Scripture and conversation at their own level.

Children's Sunday School- 1st Floor

Children (PreK-5th grade) are invited to grow in their faith through engaging, age-appropriate classes every Sunday at 9:30 am. Each week, kids explore Bible stories through interactive lessons, songs, crafts, and activities that help them understand God’s love in practical ways.

Children's Church

During Sunday worship, children are invited to the front of the sanctuary for a special Children’s Sermon designed just for them. After this time, kids who are not ready to remain in "big church" for the duration, are led downstairs to the 1st floor for Children’s Church, where they continue learning about God’s love through age-appropriate lessons, songs, and activities. This gives children a worship experience created especially for them while parents remain in the main service.
